LEAD Public Schools’ 2024-25 Graduation Rates Exceed State and Local Averages
LEAD Public Schools is proud to share strong graduation outcomes that stand out. With a network-wide graduation rate of 93.8% for the 2024-25 school year, LEAD students are graduating at rates that exceed not only the local district, but also the state of Tennessee.
These results reflect LEAD’s ongoing commitment to supporting students through one of the most important milestones in their academic journey: earning a high school diploma.

Beyond the Numbers
Graduation rates are more than just numbers, they represent students and families unlocking opportunities for their futures. A high school diploma is often the gateway to college admission, career pathways, and long-term economic stability. Looking at both LEAD Academy and LEAD Southeast, a pattern emerges: LEAD is helping more students graduate high school and ensuring they are ready for college and ready for life.

The consistency of LEAD’s outcomes reinforce what our students and families see every day, that these outcomes are not accidental, but a direct result of intentional efforts and a commitment to student success put forth by our students and staff every day.
Taking the LEAD
At LEAD, the goal is simple: students leave us ready for college and ready for life. These graduation rates are a powerful sign that the work is making a real difference, and that more students are walking across the stage prepared for whatever comes next.
