These exceptional students will serve as the faces and voices for LEAD Southeast High School.
“The Student Ambassador Program at LEAD Southeast High is not about giving the students a voice. Each and every student already has a voice,” said Family and Community Engagement Coordinator Tiffany Tapp. “They already have amazing thoughts, ideas, and opinions that they’re ready to share! They’re ready to be the examples, the LEADers that not only this campus, but this world needs!”
The Student Ambassadors will be involved in every aspect of how LEAD engages the community.
“This initiative is about providing that space, that opportunity for them to step outside of their comfort zone, and be those COURAGEOUS leaders,” said Tapp.
The group had their first official meeting and pinning ceremony in April. We look forward to their journey as student ambassadors and know they will exemplify the ethos of LEAD Public Schools.
