SCHOOL ATTIRE
LEAD Public Schools is committed to providing a safe and secure environment. In addition, a proper learning atmosphere is essential for the education of each student. Our belief is that common school attire allows students, families, and educators to prioritize learning needs.
All shirts must have short or long sleeves and must have a collar (polo, dress-style, peter pan or turtleneck).
Students are able to wear ANY solid color polo collared shirt.
All pants, shorts, capri pants, skirts, skorts or jumpers must be navy blue, black or khaki. Cargo pants and denim jeans are permissible but must be solid white, blue, black, brown or khaki color. No ripped or torn pants.
Permissible outwear (fleece, sweatshirts, etc.) is a school-based decision.
