The LEAD Report 2022-2023 is now live on our website. This online edition of our annual report presents facts and photos that highlight the commitment of every member of our community— from our teachers, school leaders, students, and families, to our volunteers, friends, advocates, and donors.
We invite you to learn more about LEAD Public Schools and join us in celebrating a major milestone: 15 years of Inspiring Futures.
Starting in 2007, as a single fifth-and sixth-grade school of 92 students in North Nashville, we’ve grown to serve more than 2,400 students and to employ more than 400 faculty and staff at six schools across Davidson County.
While a lot has changed in our world in 15 years, our mission has always remained the same. In all that we do, we work to make the lives of our students and our families better through the power of education. We help them to be Ready for College and Ready for Life.
This year’s annual report is focused on what we do best: Inspiring Futures. We hope you will take away the dedication and commitment of our employees to inspire our students.
