COVID-19 Spread Delays Re-opening of LEAD School Buildings
Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) announced via their website and social media pages that middle school students in Metro Nashville will not return to in-person class next week due to the rise in COVID-19 cases. LEAD will continue its practice of following MNPS on matters concerning school openings and closings and will delay the physical opening of our schools based on the MNPS’ decision.
Until then, LEAD remains committed to providing a high-quality online continuous learning plan for all students through our virtual learning program. We will keep you informed as updates are provided from the district. If you have questions, feel free to visit our LEAD Public Schools website or reach out to your Family and Community Engagement Coordinator for your specific LEAD Campus.
