LEAD Cameron Teacher Featured on WSMV
Hundreds of teachers in the metro Nashville area are beginning to receive their COVID-19 vaccinations as part of the effort to return to in-person learning.
One of our very own educators at LEAD Cameron, Hadley Bales, was featured on WSMV Nashville as one of the first Davidson County teachers to receive their vaccination.
“I feel hopeful, I feel thankful, I feel relieved,” Bales said in an interview with WSMV. “They [Students] need this so much, and so if this is part of my responsibility, then I will do whatever I need to do to start that face-to-face time with them.”
LEAD is proud to have staff like Ms. Bales who care deeply about the safety of the community and are passionate and hopeful about returning to the classroom.
